Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”, “Student”, “Applicant” or “you”) and Vista Global Academy (the “Academy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our website, enrollment in any program, participation in classes (online or offline), use of learning materials, examination processes, certification services, and all related educational offerings. By accessing or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Scope of Services & Eligibility

Vista Global Academy provides vocational diploma, certificate, and skill-development programs primarily in aviation hospitality, tourism management, airport & metro operations, cabin crew & ground staff training, personality development, and related fields. All programs are offered subject to availability of seats, faculty, infrastructure, and compliance with prevailing regulatory guidelines.

To be eligible for enrollment, applicants must:

  • Meet the minimum academic and age criteria specified for each program.
  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information during the application process.
  • Submit all required documents for verification within the stipulated time.
  • Pay the applicable fees as per the communicated schedule.

The Academy reserves the right to refuse, defer, or cancel admission at any stage if eligibility criteria are not met or if any information is found to be false or misleading.

2. Enrollment & Fee Payment Obligations

Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of the registration fee and submission of required documents. All fees must be paid as per the installment schedule agreed during counseling. Failure to adhere to the payment timeline may attract late fees as detailed in the separate Refund & Fee Policy.

Any delay in payment beyond the due date may result in a late fee ranging from ₹200 to ₹500 per day until full clearance. Continued default may lead to suspension of access to classes, portal, examinations, results, and certification until all dues are cleared.

All fees paid are non-refundable except in circumstances expressly permitted under the Refund Policy published on the website.

3. Academic Standards & Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain high standards of academic integrity and professional behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or any form of academic dishonesty.
  • Sharing of login credentials, recorded lectures, study materials, or examination content.
  • Disruptive behavior in classes (live or online), harassment of faculty/staff/peers, or use of abusive language.
  • Unauthorized recording of lectures or misuse of Academy intellectual property.
  • Violation of attendance requirements or failure to complete mandatory assignments/examinations.

Violations may result in warnings, grade penalties, suspension, expulsion, withholding of certificate, or legal action. The Academy’s decision in such matters shall be final.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Usage

All course content — including video lectures, PDFs, presentations, quizzes, recorded sessions, live class materials, question banks, and certificates — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vista Global Academy or its licensors.

  • Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for personal educational purposes during their active enrollment.
  • Downloading, screen recording, sharing, distributing, uploading to third-party platforms, or reproducing any content is strictly prohibited.
  • Violation may result in immediate termination of access, legal proceedings, and claim for damages.

5. Program Delivery & Changes

The Academy reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice:

  • Curriculum structure, module sequence, syllabus, or learning outcomes.
  • Faculty, trainers, guest lecturers, or industry experts.
  • Class timings, mode of delivery (online/offline/hybrid), venue, or batch size.
  • Examination pattern, evaluation criteria, or certification process.

Such changes are made to align with industry requirements, regulatory updates, or operational necessities. The most current information will be communicated through the student portal or official channels.

6. Attendance, Assessments & Certification

Minimum attendance requirements (generally 75–80%) must be met to be eligible for examinations and certification. Students failing to meet attendance or academic standards may be disqualified from appearing in exams or receiving certificates.

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of all program requirements, clearance of all dues, and compliance with conduct rules. Certificates remain the property of the Academy until issued.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Placement Guarantee

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the services.
  • Any interruption, error, virus, delay, or loss of data.
  • Reliance on course content, faculty advice, or placement assistance (where provided).

The Academy does not guarantee employment, internship, salary level, or any specific career outcome. Placement assistance (when offered) is a support service and not a promise of placement.
