1. General Refund Principles

All course fees become non-refundable upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation. This covers curriculum design, faculty allocation, digital infrastructure, study materials, certification processes, and dedicated student support — investments made immediately upon registration.

Exceptions may be considered only in rare, documented cases after internal review:

  • Course/program cancellation by the Academy due to insufficient enrollment or force majeure.
  • Verified payment errors (duplicates, incorrect amounts) confirmed by transaction records.
  • Significant, provable non-delivery of core promised services (subject to formal investigation).

No refunds for change of mind, scheduling issues, prerequisite non-fulfillment, or post-access dissatisfaction.

2. Online & Digital Course Policy

For online diplomas, recorded sessions, e-books, quizzes, and virtual access — once credentials are issued or any content is accessed/downloaded/viewed, fees are 100% non-refundable due to instant delivery of proprietary educational assets.

3. Installment Payments & Late Fees

Flexible installment options are available for eligible programs, with due dates clearly communicated during counseling.

Policy on Overdue Installments: If any scheduled installment remains unpaid beyond the agreed timeframe provided by your counselor, a late fee of ₹200 to ₹500 per day of delay will be applicable, commencing from the due date until full payment is received. This ensures equity across all students and sustains program quality. Prompt communication in genuine hardship cases is encouraged. refund policy is not applicable.

4. Batch Transfer Guidelines

Request batch changes in writing within 7 working days of enrollment. Subject to:

  • Seat availability in the desired batch.
  • Management discretion and approval.
  • No guarantee if curriculum, faculty, or fees differ significantly.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Personal withdrawal or non-attendance.
  • Content/teaching style dissatisfaction post-access.
  • Policy/code of conduct violations.
  • Promotional/discounted enrollments (unless specified).
